  • What are your business hours?

    We’re available for meetings Tuesday through Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM Central Time, allowing business owners to concentrate on their work during the day and handle finances later. 

  • How much do your services cost?

    We offer value-based pricing, so you pay only for the services you receive. All packages include a complimentary QuickBooks Online subscription and a monthly recording that explains your financials in plain English.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept ACH and credit card payments, with auto-scheduling for deductions at the beginning of each month.

  • Are you a local or virtual service provider?

    We are a virtual digital accounting service provider, serving clients within the United States. While we are based locally in Greater Nashville, our services are designed to be fully virtual, optimizing time and space.

  • What security measures do you have in place?

    We strive to be paperless and use resources efficiently, ensuring that all financial information is handled with bank-level security. We only use software service providers that meet these high security standards.

  • What accounting system do you use?

    We exclusively use QuickBooks Online to provide the best service and streamline our operations for maximum efficiency. 

  • Do I need to meet in person, have virtual face-to-face meetings, or get on phone calls? I'm not comfortable with that.

    We understand that everyone has different preferences for communication. As part of our onboarding, we will work with you to determine the best method for staying in touch. If you prefer to stick with messaging and emailing, we can certainly accommodate that. Our system supports these communication methods, and you will receive email notifications about any open items that need your attention.
